Technical Elevator Services quality policy
The quality policy of Technical Elevator Services Ltd (TES), is to provide a high quality professional service, at all times by operating the Company’s ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.
Technical Elevator Services was incorporated in April 2000, to provide testing services to other lift industry organisations.
However, as a result of the technical expertise and the high quality of workmanship provided by the company, demand for our services quickly grew providing small and major repairs, modernisations of all types and manufacturer of lifts, new lift installations and Planned Maintenance visits to all makes and types of lifts. Our services are provided to PLC’s, Local Government, National Health Organisations, and small to medium sized business and private individuals.
TES has two main offices covering the South, based in Wokingham, Berkshire and in Nottingham covering the north of England and Scotland providing national coverage. Building on the successful implementation of our service procedures, the company has expanded the service portfolio and are able to offer clients a fast and reliable service based on technical excellence and speed of response.
The company’s unique selling point is to provide a fast, efficient service with technical expertise second to none. This service is provided to suit all budgets and is proven to be cost effective as TES is proactive is planning preventative maintenance programmes reducing down time and cost.

All incidents where the specified requirements are not achieved, customer complaint and defects are reported investigated and rectified promptly.
Within the Company, the implementation and effectiveness of the management system are reviewed at management meetings.
The Director responsible for implementing and improving this policy is the Managing Director. The person responsible for updating and maintaining the policy is also the Managing Director.
